Evtikhiev and the activity of employees, managed to obtain a number of priority scientific results in such areas in such areas as: - development of technologies for obtaining and studying new crystals and films of high -temperature superconductors, creating highly sensitive registration and processing of information based on superconducting elements and matrices; - development of technology for the manufacture of new magnetoacoustic materials of ferrite and antiferromagnetics, studying their properties and creating devices for processing radio signals and sensors based on them; - a study of linear and nonlinear magnetic vibrations and spin waves in magnetic films and the creation of spin-wave devices for processing radio signals based on them; - development of new materials and methods of optical registration, record, processing and transmission of information; - Development of the principles of constructing neurocomputers.

The Research Institute of Informatics reorganization of the structure was carried out and two large units were formed, existing and currently: - the technological department whose main task is to develop new technologies, the manufacture of promising materials for computer science and electronic technology.
