Anatoly Titov Biography

The first in the Bryansk region. By nationality Russian. In childhood and youth, I had a harsh school of life. At the age of 5, he was left without his parents, brought up in the “Five-year plan” labor commune, and graduated from a seven-year school there.

After school, he left for relatives in Kalinin now Tver, he studied at the school of factory apprenticeship of the FZU and worked as a tissue at the factory. In the year he moved to the Ordzhonikidgrad of the Bryansk region now within the city of Bryansk to his brother, where he graduated from the FZU school and worked at the Red Profilent plant. The Great Patriotic War broke out.

With the approximation of the front line to the Bryansk region in September, he volunteered for the partisan detachment, studied at the courses of miners. When in early October there was a catastrophe of the Soviet troops of the Western and Bryansk fronts, the detachment ended up in the rear of the enemy and from October 8 began to fight. Anatoly Titov became a demolition, then the senior shock of the partisan detachment.

For two years, partisans were a heroic struggle in the Bryansk region. The partisan struggle reached such a scope and organization during the Great Patriotic War, perhaps, only in Belarus. The partisans created, and for a long time they defended entire partisan edges with dozens of villages in each of them, paralyzed the movement along all the railways of the Bryansk region, destroyed tens of thousands of invaders and their accomplices.

It is enough to say that for punitive operations against the Bryansk partisans, the German command repeatedly removed part of its 2nd Panzer Army from the front, not to mention the infantry units! However, not one of these operations was successful. The Dyatkovskaya partisan brigade was the most combat -ready and largest partisan compound of the Bryansk region.

It included over a dozen partisan detachments, in one of which - in the Ordzhonikidzegrad named after Vinogradov, fought Anatoly Titov. As follows from the combat characteristic issued by the senior demolition, the commander of the department A. Titov on March 24, he carried out the following work: personally launched 9 enemy trains with manpower and technology. 20 vehicles, 2 heavy tanks, trolley, 9 wagons with manpower were blown up and more than German soldiers and officers were destroyed.

He participated in T -ray on enemy garrison headquarters. Titov conducted deep intelligence, giving valuable information both for the detachment and the army, the commander of the detachment in the year introduced Anatoly Titov to the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, but the performance was not implemented after the warfare of the partisan hardened in the battles of the Red Army and sent to the air forces.

Anatoly Titov graduated from a flight school in the city of Sasovo, Ryazan region, after which he was transferred to Borisoglebsk for further education. He served in the Kokryshkin division at the Rzhev airfield. He commanded a link and squadron. Since the year, Captain A. Titov is in stock. He returned to the Bryansk. In the year he graduated from Trubchevsky Forestry College. He worked as a master and chief engineer of the forestry, director of the Bryanskoblenergo inter -district enterprise.

Titov, like many of his comrades in arms, actively participated in military-patriotic work: he performed before youth in schools, orphanages and boarding schools. Anatoly Alexandrovich was a cheerful cheerful person, loved to play button accordion, loved fishing. Only in the beginning of the 10s, the efforts of veterans found the idea of ​​the war years to the highest award of the Motherland on Anatoly Titov.

By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 7, for the courage and heroism, manifested in the partisan struggle against the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War, Titov Anatoly Alexandrovich was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation with the award of a special distinction - the Golden Star medal. He lived in the city of Troitsk, Moscow Region.

He died on June 2. He was buried in Troitsk. He was awarded the orders of the Patriotic War of the I and II degrees, medals. Honorary citizen of the city of Troitsk, Moscow Region. In Troitsk, on the house in which the hero lived, a memorial plaque was installed.
