What was conceived a half decades ago came true? Was the idea of ​​creating a fund correctly? These 15 years have shown that the idea of ​​creating an education and construction of international schools was correct - it is now obvious that the school schools are needed, in demand, and no one needs to prove their right to exist in the market of educational services. All these years, our schools have been an experimental platform, where a kind of “mini-reform of education” was held.

We were able to integrate Kazakhstani education standards with international requirements and create an innovative model of an international school in Kazakhstan. We put the high level of professional skill of our teachers at the forefront and provide students with the program of international undergraduate, which provide the highest level of secondary education. After all, the Mission of the Fund is to promote the development of the educational system of Kazakhstan in accordance with international standards.

It was not easy? This is one of the few educational organizations that immediately aimed to bring their schools to the international educational services market. We sought to gain confidence in us both from students and parents, and from the leading international agencies in assessing the quality of education. I will not hide, it was quite difficult, but today I can confidently say that our educational project has been successfully implemented.

Our schools and kindergartens are in demand today, are developing steadily, and now the main thing is to keep this high bar. I am glad that all changes are positive. In our fund, a team of like -minded people work in which I can always rely on. This is Svetlana Viktorovna Murzabekova, Gaysha Syzdykova, many other real workers, devoted to the work of education. Why are they glorious, why are they so popular?

There are kindergartens with pre -schools, and primary, main and senior schools, guest houses for teachers, tennis courts and football fields, swimming pools, basketball and volleyball sites. We specially combined different types of educational institutions to create an integrated educational environment, ensuring continuity and continuity between the steps of learning.

Accustomed to a comfortable environment of kindergarten, the child does not say goodbye to her when going to elementary school. Pupils of Miras schools in their Alma Mater feel confident and comfortable! Discussions about what a modern school is held for a long time and everywhere. And what is your attitude to such disputes, to changes in the modern educational process? I generally believe that education is the most important factor in our national policy and does not tolerate a neglect and indifferent attitude to itself.

Similar wise words exist in England Knowledge is Power, and in Russia “Knowledge is power”. Each school of the fund was created as a work of art. And in each - a truly creative, joyful atmosphere. We plan to expand our activities and implementation of new educational projects in the field of preschool and higher education, work with the regions. Currently, the construction of a kindergarten in the city of Atyrau is underway.

Our fund has a clear, verified position, and we believe in what we are doing! How was it chosen by a much binding name? I came across the English word Heritage, which means “Miras” - “Heritage” in the Kazakh language, in the end everyone liked the meaning that was invested in this word, and schools got their name. It is believed that as a ship you call, so it will float.

I am glad that our "ship" is floating confidently! We pay special attention to the education of a careful attitude to a rich cultural heritage and centuries -old customs of the Kazakh people and peoples of the whole world. But I know: the language is inextricably linked with thinking. Reading forms a thought. Three languages ​​are being studied in our schools: Kazakh, English and Russian.

I believe that literature and languages ​​are human -forming items that need to be given special attention and thanks to which teachers create a “layer” of thinking people. And how do you perceive the common concept of this century “educational services”? Yes, now there are educational services and specialists of this sphere. They form competencies: awareness, where and how you can find out anything, how to collect information, how to analyze how to attach new knowledge to previously.

They also help to build a system of effective communication, teach cooperation with representatives of different cultures and different mentality. So the specialists of this profile are necessary, with their help, many educational problems are safely solved. You probably had good mentors? We always had many books, encyclopedias, reference literature at home.

My mother is philosophical about life and says: “No one for you is a friend, no one is an enemy for you, and each person is your teacher.” He still recalls with great respect for his teachers. Nursultan Abishevich really had the most significant impact on the formation of me as a person.No wonder our education fund bears his name. Of course, I remember many of my teachers.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to call everyone here ... But everyone can include excellent words said by Nekrasov: Teacher! Let your knees humbly kneel before your name! You taught us humanely thought, hardly not the first one remembered the people, hardly not the first you spoke of equality, of brotherhood, freedom ... - yes, the penetrating Nekrasov hymn to the holy craft of the mentor.

And if you carefully listen to the words about your teachers, they still with their covenants in your life. I was struck by an interview with Chancellor Bismarck. After the victory of Prussia over France in the year, he was asked who won the war, apparently hinting at what he would say: I, or German generals, or the German people. But Bismarck replied: "Prussian teacher." With his answer, he emphasized the exceptional role of the teacher in the education of patriotism, national pride, respect for folk history.

Indeed, the German educational system was the best at that time in Europe. What is your view of the modern educational process in the republic? Do you need changes? It should be noted that the profession of a teacher is not prestigious today. Even those young people who graduated from pedagogical universities do not go to work in schools. Unfortunately, education is increasingly reduced to control.

I think that we need to trust our teachers more. How is this qualified composition formed? Of course, professional training means a lot, but no less important is what a person comes to us to whom we will entrust our children. Probably, the goals of the fund schools are the same - slurred. I do not remember exactly the wording, but the meaning comes down to the following: education has only two goals - the development of intellectual abilities and the development of the moral skills of the child.

For the development of moral skills, it is necessary to cause every child a desire to do good deeds and from the desire to get to the work - to do good deeds, to do good. That's all the pedagogical wisdom! So how do these goals achieve these days? In addition, we have a team of highly professional teachers. The variability of the environment implies an individual approach: you give the student too difficult the task - he can’t cope, give too easy - he will not be interested.

As a result, both the student and the teacher are revealed. We hold Olympiads, exhibitions, conferences of individual and group student research projects. Our schools are not just schools for capable children, but for children who want to study. Do any tests apply any tests in the fund's schools? And then all this goes somewhere. But now this exam has been canceled, since it was not universal, he did not justify himself.

And no tests are needed. So, what is the fate of a gifted child in the schools "Miras"? All children must be developed harmoniously. In our schools, a high -quality educational environment has been created that stimulates the development of talents in children, because in the system of international undergraduate, each child is considered gifted. Now the specialized Lyceum "Aryan", a boarding school for Kazakhstani youths, is of great interest.

Probably, there were and are considerable difficulties in educational and pedagogical work with young people from different regions of the country, with a different educational level, various family traditions and an understanding of life. So what are the young men in the Lyceum "Aryan", what are the priorities in the curriculum? Believe me, our guys are hardworking, independent, strive for knowledge.

Indeed, at the Lyceum, boys are trained, who have undergone competitive selection from all regions of our country. The Lyceum is headed by Major General Sabit Saumenovich Taulanov. Teachers of the Lyceum are developing an interest in military affairs, the desire for discoveries in science, a desire to seriously play sports. Our adolescents dream of serving their talents to our country, people and know that the word "honor" is the most important concept in life.
