For such a complex multi -level object as the Belarusian nuclear station, experienced specialists are simply necessary, they are a locomotive of all work. And the best tandem is youth and experience. The leader should be a good politician, and tactically, and a psychologist, the head of the department believes. And if not, then you can take some measures. It is difficult to lead. It should always be remembered that the priority is the life and health of a person who is behind the family.

These are not just staff on the list - these are people. And in general, everything that we do is in Armenia, Iran, Belarus or anywhere else, we do so that people live better. And all of them, according to Levon Avetisyan, unites the energy of the future - a peaceful atom. The working day of the chief of the nuclear security department takes place at a stressful pace - work is underway in all areas at the same time: staff preparation, documentation development, equipment control, objects for objects on the site ...

I have a businessman’s approach to this: there will be something to sell - there will be someone who wants to buy. No one can say a strong connection where he will be in five to seven years. Levon Avetisyan does not guess about this. How much will I live in Ostrovts? At least until the Belorussian nuclear exploitation is introduced on the Belarusian atomic. It is difficult to be far from home - but such is life and the path I have chosen.

My wife visits me in Ostrovts, and at every opportunity I live a family in Yerevan. By the way, I already bought a ticket home for the New Year holidays.
