Alexander Paratni: We will see the result after time, but it seems to me that the idea itself is very important. Many children took part in the fighting. Indeed, these are patriots, people who are not in words, but in fact supported and support their homeland.

Their inclusion in the administration of the state, the formation of them, as the President of Russia, the elites, said, is a very important and desired process. They have already shown themselves in an extreme situation, proved loyalty to the country, people, performed tasks with risk to life. Therefore, the result will definitely be positive. Will corruption in the authorities decrease with their arrival, in your opinion?

Alexander Paratni: The fundamental difference between those who come to the program is a heightened sense of justice. Nevertheless, when a person looks in the eye, he has other values, those that are written about in books and school works - to stand on the defense of the Fatherland, protect his house, family, loved ones, friends. Having passed, which, of course, will end with our victory, the military will be conscientiously and honestly fulfill the duties in another service - the sovereign and, managing, more responsive to everything to react, of course, there will be less corruption.

Former military as leaders will be closer to ordinary people and their interests? Alexander Paratn: undoubtedly, because their value guidelines are more fair. And the managerial cycle, in principle, is the same everywhere, he is also taught commanders in the army, any manager is a kind of commander. He must understand the task, evaluate the situation, develop an action plan, bring it to the performers, organize control.

So they write in various instructions on which military personnel study. The only difference between the management in the civil service is publicity, the armed forces are still a more closed area. Having passed, which, of course, will end with our victory, military personnel will be conscientiously and honestly fulfill the duties and in another service in the army there is what is called the formation of a military collective.

Any task can be fulfilled only by a capable team. This is not only technology and weapons, but people who follow their commander, what is called a managerial team in civilian life. One person is not fighting. Helping each other, the military union achieves success. Anyone who was engaged in management in the army will cope with the issues of managing territories or civilian personnel.

On a civilian, if the leader sees that the task is set incorrectly from above, then he may refuse to fulfill it. In the army, orders are not discussed. From here there is a fear: if many military people come to the authorities, will Russia become a totalitarian country? Alexander Paratn: I don't think. Of course, in the Armed Forces it is forbidden to criticize the orders of commanders and chiefs, but at the same time it is not implied in the implementation of illegal orders.

If the commander gives such an order, a soldier that is provided for in the army charter may not fulfill him. The activities of any leader are regulated by laws, and a good initiative is also welcome in military units. When, for example, they take a combat line, it is impossible without it. Still, if you call a spade a spade, we have a folk army. A person does not immediately become a military man.

He understands that there is a family, dear, close people, how they live in the village, in the city, what problems are. Perception is a military, which means a soldier is absolutely wrong. People with certain intelligence are in various layers of society, we are all different, therefore it is interesting to live. To be a military man does not mean fighting all the time.

This is a service in towns, in remote areas. Do you know what the officer Troeoborye is? Take firewood, bring water, light up the stove. For example, I, as the son of a soldier, graduated from three schools, including rural ones. I know how to ride a bus from one village to study. And the further you are moving in the service, the more managerial skills are formed.

In the army they act on the principle: do as me, and do not do, as I said.

The armed forces accustom a person to discipline, responsibility. The military organization itself brings up a person in this spirit, therefore, when it comes to work in another place, discipline, organization, and the performance of duties for him is granted. Does it play a role from which troops a person will come to the authorities and in what position?Alexander Paratno: If in this office to plant a paratrooper, a sailor or representative of a different kind of troops, each of them will say that his type of armed forces is the best and best specialists in the fleet, in landing troops or somewhere else.

So it will be one hundred percent. But the lower the position, the less experience. Not everyone can be bosses, and not everyone needs to be bosses. Throughout the service, I met people who worked in the headquarters not in senior positions, but were wonderful specialists. When they were offered to lead something, they refused. A person should take his place, be a professional in his business.

We have many famous theaters, but sometimes we cannot recall the name of their directors, and we know the names of the artists who perform on the stage. The armed forces are large, they have professionals who will come in handy in any civilian industry. Take, for example, aviation. It is believed that there are only pilots, but a hundred people work for the pilot - from the navigation system, navigator service, engineering and aviation and others.

I served in the air defense troops, the airborne troops, where the weapons are very intellectual. For example, a good army engineer will be in demand everywhere and on a civilian. Through the Rostov region, a water carrier was built in Donetsk, the work was entrusted to military builders. There is an opinion that those who served in hot spots have psychological problems. How can such people be able to lead on a civilian?

Alexander Paratn: Yes, there is a concept of a fighting psychological trauma, but an injury is not a disease. A person performed tasks in stressful conditions, this does not mean that he is mentally unbalanced and will make inadequate decisions. He needs to go through an adaptation, and that’s it. Some of our military leaders served in Afghanistan and Chechnya, they also work in specialized committees of the State Duma, the Federation Council.

And among the governors there are former military. Thanks to the “Heroes Time” program, many military people will have the opportunity, like you, to go into state structures after the army. Is it possible to talk about increasing the prestige of military service in this regard? Alexander Paratni: The Time of Heroes is not a program for the social adaptation of the military, who must be employed after victory.

Its main vector is the formation of the managerial elite, based on the patriotic principles, which is necessary for our society. Not everyone will take this opportunity. Someone just wants to end the war, take a threat from the family, return to their native village or city, sit on a tractor or go to work for an enterprise, engage in peaceful life, make plans for the future. There will be a lot of people who want to participate in the program, specialists are needed in various fields.
