Nagibin Mikhail Biography

His childhood was on a difficult military season, when all the forces of people went to survive. However, the boy successfully graduated from a seven -year school. Even then, the future aviator could not take his eyes off the sky and did not doubt the choice of a future profession. He went to the Taganrog Aviation College, where he was adopted after successful passing the entrance exams.

Today, this educational institution gratitude with gratitude about its famous student: materials about Mikhail Nagibin occupy a special place in the Museum of the Taganrog Aviation College, and carefully preserved documents are told in the walls of the former technical school. Upon completion of his studies, having mastered the basics of his favorite profession, Nagibin in the early X received a distribution to the famous, one of the oldest Taganrog Aviation Plant named after Dimitrov.

Once and for all, the chosen profession was also useful to him in the army - he served as an aviation mechanic in the Moscow Military District, and three years later, after demobilization, he returned to the plant, which he really missed all these years. At first, Mikhail worked as a collar collector. The factory leadership immediately paid attention to the sensible worker and soon raised it as a master.

The young specialist strove for knowledge, but did not want to quit work, so he decided to continue his education in absentia. To this end, he entered the correspondence department at one of the most prestigious universities in the south of Russia - the Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute, at the Faculty of Mechanical. A certified engineer was soon appointed deputy chief of the workshop, and a year after graduation, Mikhail Nagibin was already heading the workshop!

Gradually, Mikhail Vasilievich passed the steps of his career: he soon took the position of deputy chief technologist of the Dimitrov factory, and a year later he became the main technologist. Working as the chief technologist of the Great Plant, he invested a lot of personal work in the restructuring of production, widely introduced the latest achievements in the field of technology, and carried out technical re -equipment of the enterprise.

The talented manager opened a real prospect over time to lead the Taganrog Airpline, but the management of the aviation industry found it appropriate to transfer it to the Rostov Helicopter Plant. And four years after that, Dmitry Chumachenko went on a well -deserved rest, who headed the helicopter plant for many years. Nagibin was appointed to this position.

Its predecessor - Dmitry Mikhailovich Chumachenko - did a lot for the development of the plant: he laid the foundation of the helicopter construction in Rostov -on -Don, formed a managerial team and created the production, labor and social traditions of the enterprise. His work was adequately continued by Mikhail Vasilievich Nagibin, who gave all the forces and experience in the work of strengthening and further development of the enterprise.

Under his leadership, the helicopter plant became the largest manufacturer of combat and civilian aircraft, not only the whole country, but also foreign countries learned about it. At the Rostov Helicopter Plant in Serial Production, new modifications of the MIA transport-combat helicopter and the heavy transport helicopter MI, which have no analogues in the world, were mastered.

This step was an important milestone in the development of the plant. Fundamentally new, unique technological processes for the manufacture of the rowing screws of mi and mi from composite materials were also mastered and introduced into production, a certificate for the production of MIT was received. Due to its own resources of the plant, the development of the production of the new combat helicopter mines was started.

The production of new helicopters was strategically important for the country, and the Motherland appreciated the contribution of the director of the plant to the development of domestic aircraft industry: for the leadership of the development and serial production of a screw -wing heavy truck, the country awarded it the Order of Lenin. During the work of Nagibin, as the general director of the Rostov helicopter -building production association under his leadership and with direct participation, the team was done a huge work on the development of the enterprise as a large machine -building association with the advanced organization of labor, technical equipment and the developed sphere of social services.

Technical re-equipment of production was carried out, complex-mechanized mechanical workshops were created, the production of consumer consumption goods and products for light and processing industries was established. All these steps allowed to raise the plant’s work to a new level, in demand by time. Like the entire military-industrial complex, the Rostov Helicopter Factory Heavily tolerated financial and economic crises of market reform.

In this difficult period, Mikhail Nagibin personally led the struggle of the team of the enterprise for survival.In difficult conditions of converting defense production and transition to market relations, the Helicopter Plant made every effort to keep his positions of the world leader of heavy helicopter construction, whose products enjoy well -deserved authority both in the Russian Federation and abroad.

The director of the helicopter plant understood that in any conditions the main thing is people who should have decent living conditions. His enterprise became one of the few who retained the social sphere. A good tradition was the provision of material assistance to employees of the enterprise. All this helped the plant survive difficult years and not to lose the main wealth - people.

For the first time, a methodology was created for Russian enterprises Nagibin, and strategic planning and management systems, the management of resources and capabilities of the enterprise, financial management and self -financing were developed and implemented. Thanks to its skillful management, the enterprise retained the volume of production by increasing the production of civilian products.

As the organizer and leader of strategic transformations at industry enterprises in Russia and the CIS, the honorary citizen held high positions in prestigious public organizations. Unfortunately, he no longer managed to get this high award. This was an unexpected blow to the whole team. And this is a pure truth: the team formed by Nagibin did not undergo significant changes, since it contains all the most talented, creatively thinking, initiative specialists who give their forces, knowledge and experience.

The continuity of traditions has become one of the characteristic features of the enterprise, the history of which has more than 60 years. Colleagues and friends regret that Mikhail Vasilievich did not live to see the main event of the last year - making the second prototype of the Ming helicopter. But there is no doubt - he would be proud of the successes of his enterprise.

And most importantly, they remember and love their teacher at the factory.
