At the same time, there are still half a life ahead. I love my birthday, I rejoice in any gifts, with special trepidation I accept them from loved ones, for example, from my son.

There were no such desires. In elementary school, I wanted to become an engineer, in high school - a car designer. Since he became interested in history, after school he entered the History Faculty of Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala. I am even interested in history today, especially the period of World War II, Cold War. If you choose between art and documentary cinema, I will choose the second.

On the advice of his father, he was going to connect his life with law enforcement agencies. But it did not work out. Being a student of the Eastfacing, he took an active part in the activities of the Belarusian Patriotic Union of Youth. I was a specialist in working with primary organizations. But he lingered there for a short while: they offered the position of leading specialist in the department of organizational and framework work in the Grodno district executive committee.

Eyes burned. He was not afraid to show activity and initiative. To work in the Grodno district was honorable and responsible. He was one of the best in those days. For five, now there have been the deputy chairman of the district executive committee ... - It should be so: it is impossible to immediately become the boss without passing all the stages of formation.

Today I have all the classes of public service, but at one time to come to this, it was necessary to attach a lot of efforts. He graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in personnel management. The most important thing is that over the years I learned to understand what excites people in the field. The social sphere, one might say, is one of the most difficult.

It does not bring profit, but on the contrary, it requires investments. The benefit of the regional and district leadership understands this, as well as the heads of the district enterprises. When there is such a strong shoulder, you can do a lot. So, it is most difficult to see how cynically parents can relate to their own children. At such moments, unfortunately, you lose faith in a person.

This is the commissioning of housing, the opening of social facilities, and numerous events, in which I always take part with pleasure. Well, the most pleasant thing is to see the result of the work. I will say without false modesty that a lot has been invested in the development of tourism in the Grodno district. The initiator of participation in many projects was even before the current position.

See how the August Canal has changed in 20 years, but at one time Sopotskin was considered an unpromising settlement. Today life is in full swing there. The tourist and information center has been opened, cycling has been created, transport infrastructure has been well developed. We do not go in cycles only on the channel, we develop other directions that will appeal to the tourist.

In particular, the republican landscape reserve "Lakes". There are enough plans. For example, to build a modern social stationary center for people with disabilities in a skidd. I have a dream to reconstruct part of the department store in Sopotskin under the tourist and exhibition complex and exhibit our museums. Hobbies long in life - what helps to confidently feel in his position? They set a high bar.

It is nice to work hand in hand with the leaders of our farms and enterprises, real professionals in their field. You can learn a lot from them. As for personal qualities, in managerial work, I think, it is important to set a goal and achieve it. Of course, the success of any business depends on the people you work with. It is important to have a command that you can rely on.

There is safety in numbers. I'm not afraid to delegate the authority to others, I’m used to trusting people. I respect everyone. I do not regret praise for a person. Our people are worthy. Today you praised the employee for some trifle, tomorrow he will do even more. Do relatives not reproach you with this? It is not always, of course, it turns out. Relatives understand everything.

The wife and son are happy to take part in events with me. If this is a cycling, then we all participate in the competitions, if it is an alloy on kayaks, we will also be happy to join. We love outdoor activities. Family is my reliable rear. Support for relatives is priceless. I have a trusting relationship with my son. He is studying in grade 10. We traveled many different countries, all Belarus.

Whatever city they visit, always overwhelms pride in our country. Moreover, with some I am friends from the university and even from the first grade. Friendship, tested by time.Where does this hobby come from? The most valuable specimens for me are “Lada” “Kopeika” and “Volga” that my father gave me. The hobby began with them. I was only eight years old then. Models are looking for around the world, friends help.

He carried away with this business and his son. His collection is more exclusive. And it’s more interesting for me to improve the model myself. I bought a machine, sat a couple of evenings, you see, from an inexpensive non -casual model it turned out to be exclusive. It gives me joy. Each machine is a road in its own way, but it’s absolutely not a pity to give friends or their children.
